Ken joined Brakspear in 2022 - He has worked in several brands across the hospitality sector, including a number of years with Caprice holdings, where he held senior roles involving menu development, chef training and operations. He has also worked in the USA, he led the development work and launched the first Popeyes UK site & was personal chef to bands Kaiser Chiefs and Korn. In 2023 Ken was shortlisted into the top 5 Executive Chefs in the country (FEJ)
Beef is Ken's go to choice for meat and his favourite cut is the cote de boeuf.
In Ken's role within Brakspear he spends a lot of his time with menu development and training and developing the team of head chefs within the group and Justin and Rich enjoy working with Ken and his team to create outstanding dishes with great tasting ingredients at their heart.
