We are very proud of the sausages that we have created and produce fresh on a daily basis here at Vicars. Using fresh primal combined with natural casings and traditional hand linked methods we produce a sausage of outstanding quality and taste. With decades of experience we have exclusive Vicars recipes and select the finest seasoning and ingredients.

We also hand press and supply a variety of burgers using our own quality assured beef and venison.
