Born and reared in UK.  Fully traceable.  Purchased by grade to ensure best quality and eating beef.  Perfect fat covering to allow further aging.  Vicars specification of guaranteed under 30 months heifers to deliver consistent quality.  Aged to customer specification up to 42 days.
